This meeting presents a tremendous opportunity for the Paediatric Oncology community, to meet, share their experiences and discuss the issues facing access to care in Africa.
The program will cover broad aspects of Paediatric Oncology care in African countries, with plenary sessions dedicated to the most frequent paediatric cancers in Africa. The program also includes parents and nurses sessions, poster sessions, and the meeting will end with an international course on paediatric brain tumours, the Wilkins-Barrick Society for Neuro-Oncology International Outreach Course.
The Moroccan Society of Hematology and Pediatric Oncology, host of this event, considers that, improving quality of care in Africa and lobbying for equal access for all African children suffering from cancer, are of essential importance Thus we would like to offer a tribune to all activists to make sure their voice is heard and to speak up about issues and obstacles to achieving universal access for African children.
